Building Permits: Wells has no zoning ordinance; however, you’re asked to complete a Board of Listers’ Building Questionnaire prior to any building on your property.

The Town Clerk’s office contains land records dating back to the 1770’s including records of births, marriages, and deaths.

Our office will be closed December 25-December 28 for the Holidays… We will be checking our emails and will get back to you if you have a question that needs immediate response.
