Please file your HS-122′s to be considered a resident. If you were domiciled on or before April 1st you are eligible to file for that year.

Please be sure to know all state requirements for water and septic and
flood plain before you begin building.

Building Permits:
Wells has no zoning ordinance, but you must follow all state and local ordinances.
We do ask that you complete a Board of Listers’ Building Questionnaire
and any access permits prior to any building on your property.
